1989 mitsu Galant 62,000 original miles. Sometimes the car won't start. If I rock the car back and forth a few times, then the car will start. It doesn't happen all the time. What can be causeing my car...

It could be a loose battery cable to starter connection or loose ground wire or corrosion on the battery cables or wires. I would check all connections and wires for looseness, wear and corrosion and tighten or replace as needed,

What do you line up after you change a timing belt on a 93,mitis ,galant to get it back in time.

If you dont already know the asnwer, you shouldnt attempt this repair yourself. Most mitsu engines are what are known as INTERFERANCE engines. Meaning the engine must be run only when in time, and if the timing ever jumps or the belt breaks while running, the pistons may hit the valves and damage the valves, head, or pistons. Even if it didnt jump when it blew the belt...and you didnt damage it, incorrect installation (And its very easy to get multicams off 1 tooth till youve done a few) can cause it to bend valves when you cr ank it up and increase the cost of repair exponentially.
At the very least, go to a parts store or to an online service like ALLDATA and download or purchase the procedure with pictures of the marks and the correct alignment procedure. WIthout this info, the job cannot be done

Fuse blowing

About the only thing i can come up with is to check the wires where they run through the door jam. That's usually where they break, and short out.

Problem with annoying clicking noise

I dont know if it works the same, but I drive a 2006 Mitsu Lancer Ralliart. When you push the recirc air button, a little motor closes a little gate that blocks outside air and pulls the air from the interior instead. The blower motor is located behind the glovebox. It is secured by a couple screws.
I guess its possible that a foreign object such as a leaf or something is touching the blower motor and causing the noise.
