It's on the headlight switch, pull out the end. You'll see the fog light icon on the instrument panel.

you need to remove the 2 nuts from under the fascia that hold the assembly in. this will give you access to the bulb

SOURCE: changing fog lights

you can take loose the black plastic shield that runs from inner fender to bottom of bumper. once loose you gain access to back of fog light where mounting bolts are located if its just the bulb your replacing you can also do that without removing it

The switch is likely bad. You can buy a new one for the dealer for a lot of $$ or look on ebay, amazon, or a local wrecking/salvage/use auto parts yard for a replacement. Google how to replace the switch.

Many Dodge vehicles had poor switch quality in the '90s-early 00s.

Inoperative fog lights


ther is a fuse in fuse panel inside vehicle..if it's blown,check wiring under radiator/condenser on pass side of veh..the fog lamp wiring may be pinched under here and wiring shorted/corroded off..look carefully
