Make sure the injector rail is bolted down correctly, and also installed right, the injectors should not be able to come out, there may be missing bolts,

P0171 System Too Lean (Bank #1)On a 2000 Toyota Avalon. I have replaced gas cap, cleaned massive air flow sensor. The check engine light keeps coming on.

Gas cap would not have anything to do with a lean code . Your vehicle could have a vacuum leak , videos on youtube showing how to check for a vacuum leak . Or you could have a fuel delivery issue , low fuel volume , a dirty fuel filter , clogged injectors , videos on youtube ,test fuel preesure an flow . Injector testing etc.... Also testing engine sensor data with a professional type scan tool would be adviseable .

I have a 93 gmc suburban it starts then dies if I put my foot on the gas to keep it running smoke comes out the muffler and when I take my foot off the gas it dies

Sounds like too much fuel, could be a leaking injector, faulty pressure regulator, or blockage of air intake. Did you replace the injectors and pressure regulator when you worked on the throttle body ? Can you see normal fuel spray on both injectors when the engine is running ?

Jingling sound from front of engine

Don't worry about the sound, Find the gas leak. Fuel lines come in on the drivers side. Then you have the injectors. on the fuel rail. on the fuel rail there is a pressure regulator. All this needs checked. Fuel lines on the engine are metal. BUT coming up to the metal lines, they are plastic. LOOK for wet spots.. FIX them. The regulator is on the fuel rail/ with the injectors. LOOK for wet spot at these locations also... There are also other locations under the car to find gas leaks....Fix this first...

After hot engine wont start and smells like gas

Most likely causes are bad engine coolant temp sensor OR leaking fuel injectors. Bad engine coolant temp sensor will give computer false reading and computer provides wrong air fuel mixture. Leaking fuel injectors will load the engine with raw gas--just like flooding it. Try pushing the gas pedal to the floor and holding it there when cranking when hot. That forces the computer into "clear flood" mode and it shuts off the injectors. If it starts up with pedal down, that would be a sign of leaking injectors.

What is wrong if it will not idle

It would help to have engine codes but it sounds like leaking injectors hard to start because any time the key is on gas is just running into the engine. No idle to much gas. Oil level high because of gas in oil going past rings could blow oil pan off. High speed fine. replace injector or injectors. Look down throttle body with key on and see if gas is leaking out. If this help someone please rate it

You have a leaking injector assembly inside the intake manifold. These trucks had a very common problem with these. You'll need to buy the injector solenoid and tubes, it all comes as an assembly. The top half of the intake needs to be removed to replace it. I've attached a picture that shows the top half off and the injector tubes in question. Some people call this the injector spider as it kind of looks like one. The procedure is somewhat involved but if you google; "4.3 injectors spider repair" I'm sure you'll find many articles documenting it.0781789.jpg

My 1994 Chrystler Concorde will not start in the morning. I feel like I do not hear the fuel pump come on and when I do it will then start. Should I replace the fuel pump or something else?

If the car sits for two days or more will it start with little issue? I only ask this as I noted the year of your car; with time the fuel injectors will leak. Over night the engine can then flood but once we turn it over for a time or two and then walk away we allow the fuel to evaporate out of the cylinders letting the car starts. If this is the case try starting the car with the gas pedal fully pressed. Keep it fully down as you try to start the car (this shuts off the fuel injectors) turn over the engine 5-8 seconds (keep the pedal down) and then wait 10-15 seconds before trying again. Remember to keep the gas pedal down, try this 6-8 times to see if she'll start (if it does let go of the gas pedal not to over rev the engine) If this is the case you'll need to have your injectors replaced.
I hope this may have helped,
Tom

Car starts but need to apply gas to keep it going. Once the gas pedal is released, the car stalls.

Have a look at your fuel sysytem which comprises of injector and fuel pump and the fuel hoses.

Good luck.
