Question about 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier
I have a 5-speed manual, 4 cylinder cav. When I press the gas while in low rpm's, the car feel like it's choking a little; like it could stall. Yesterday the yellow check engine light appeared.
Best bet would be to scan for the diagnostic codes, which I believe can be done at most parts stores and repair garages (best to call ahead to make sure, most garages will charge ~$80 just to do the scan) that would show what's causing the light to come on, which should also be the reason for the rough running -- does the car seem to be ok otherwise (while driving and above an idle)? could be something simple like a bad vacuum line or a broken seal...
