If you remove the headlight assembly which may be two plastic slide clips or may have two metal slide brackets that require a 10mm socket or wrench to remove the assembly then comes out and you have access to the headlights and the turn signal/foglight assembly

My right rear turn signal does nor work. It flashes rapidly. I replaced the bulb and it still does the same thing. Is there a flasher unit under the dash that I might have to replace?

make sure both signal lights work front and back if so then there is a signal flasher that will need replacing,it is located at or on the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side.if you turn on the hazard lights you can find it under the dash and you will know what the signal one looks like also this will allow you to change the correct one and not the hazard flasher that some people tend to do thinking that they changed the right one only they have changed the wrong one.

Driver front turn signal does not blink. front

This may have more then one bulb in the front or possibly a bad socket try wiggling the new bulb in the socket to see if it will work.Compare all turn signal lights that come on the passenger side to those drivers side. Some vehicles also incorporate sidemarker lights with the turn signals.

Check for head light (daytime)relay to be bad, this might have to do with the turn signals also,if the turn signals on this car, also have running lights in them,If this relay is not bad, replace the body control module.

How to change front driver side turn signal bulb

For Front turning signal, you need to remove the whole head light system to get to turn signal. 4 screws attach it to the car's body. Make sure to remove the lamps first and disconnect the switch for the turn signal lamp. Just replaced it last week myself.
