How to Find Cheap Used Cars?

Buying cars from dealers can be very expensive so I don't recommend it.
Try looking in your local newspaper, looking online, and be sure to ask your friends and family if they know about anyone selling a car, as you might be able to get it cheaper.

Hope this helped :)

I am looking for the torque setting for mazda b3 4 cylinder 1.3 (mains, big-ends, , cylinder head and flywheel) please

Buy the manual. You are saving money(lots) by doing it your self. I don't have your car on alldata. I would pass it on. Other wise, I wouldn't trust anyone's advise advice on torque settings. They are all so different. Every car I work on, I buy the program from alldata.

Do I need to buy a luggage scales? My luggage overweight frequently.

It is often you may carry a lot of things in your luggage and thus when you are checking in at the airport, you have to weigh your luggage. If the luggage is overweight then one has to pay some extra money for it. So it is advisable that you would better buy luggage scales and weigh your baggage before going to the airport. This can help people save a lot of money and also help you in carrying the baggage easily.

Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

I was a little surprised, but according to my AllData data base, this vehicle does not have a replaceable cabin filter. It is possible they're wrong. Try buying one, quite often they come with instructions. If not, don't buy it. This may sound hit and miss but even the manufacturers change things like this within model years.

Hey anyone know how to change an ignition switch on 2003 saturn ion

Go to AutoZone , O Reilleys, Pep Boys etc where they sell auto parts to the public cheap. They will also give you advice on the problems with your car. Get a CHILTON BOOK, ( It is much better than a Hayes Manuel. ) it cost about $ 23- $ 25. It is $ well spent. It will tell you almost every step of the way. You can also call the stores above if you shop there and they will give you advise if you get stuck. They help you so you will get confident and buy parts to fix things.

Beetle looses power, stalls etc.

the best thing to do is have the car scanned. This will identify any electrical issue that might be causing this. The ignition coils on the gas engines seem to fail from time to time. This could also be the mass air sensor.
