Question about 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan
When i turn on the wipers the heater blower goes off been doing this for some time . Now nether one works.

Look in the fuse/relay panel under the dash on the drivers side for a blown fuse controlling wipers. Also look under the hood at the fuse/relay panel for a blown fuse controlling the a/c blower motor. Look under the covers of both fuse/relay panels and it will tell you were the proper fuse or relay is located in each panel. hope this will help you.
