Your going to need help.
Replacing the three fuses, won't correct anything, they will just blow again.
Find a shop, that sort of favors doing electrical work

We have a 2001 Ford Windstar and noticed today that none of the rear lights are working. Is there a fuse that may have blown for this to happen all at once or something else?

There is brake switch that is located on the brake oedal bracket, just to the right of the steering column mount. Youl need to remove the left side under dash panel to get to the switch and connector.
If the brake lights are inoperative, check the fuse.
If fuse is Ok, check the voltage at the light bulb socket when switch is not presed and when is presed. If there is no voltage back to the light bulb replace brake switch.

sounds like one or more fusible links/maxi fuses are blown. They are located in fuse block located under hood.

Where can i find the fuse for my windsheild wipers.

Just go through with a test light and touch each terminal of each fuse and see wich one is blown and if it is not visible it is the fuse box under the hood.

Check to be sure there is not a seperate fuse for the wiper. Check power and ground at the motor. if you have power and ground replace the motor. if you don't, check for a break in the wires where the harness bends at the tailgate. take the interior door trim apart to unlock and open then inspect the inside of the door and all components. i can't really help with seeing it. the econolines have issues with the lock cylinders.

1998 windstar van

All these systems are controlled by the GEM, that is the Generic Electronic Module, have Kragen run a quick test and see if the system has codes, but most likely the Module is defective, it is located on top of the fuse panel to the left of the steering column. I have 30 years as a Ford tech so I am pretty darn sure of this diagnose.

Fuse

I would check the flasher control unit in the fuse box on the driverside under the dash and on the rear wiper it is either a fuse or the motor may be bad
and for "guest" I would check to make sure that the brake bulbs are good and if they are check the brake switch behind the brake pedal under the dash
