The ECM is located under the dash, on the passenger side.
It is a silver box with 4 plug-in wiring harnesses, rioughly 8" x 5"x 2"
It may help if you remove the glove box door, in order to see it.

The ABS Control Unit is located in the trunk , under the carpet near the right side wheel well. However this is not the most likely cause for the light coming on.
It is more commonly something like a wheel speed sensor. Those are locates at the wheel hub.

the 'pick up' module is inside the distributor, under the rotor at the base of the shaft-it lifts out and is connected to a harness.

Temperature Control (EATC) module (19980). Don't think you have a fuse problem ! More then likely the HVAC control module is bad , they do go bad
