Question about Cars & Trucks
I have 91 dodge D-350/cummins diesel. I do not have brakes any where on the vehicle except the left front. There isnt any braking at the rear or right front. Is it possible the the equalizer/proportioning valve may not be working.

Its called a metering valve. Its located to the side of the master cylinder. To check this valve start engine and have someone to press down on brake pedal several times. Look at the metering valve and you will see a small black button on the front of the combination valve. If the valve is working correctly, the stem will extend and retract each time the brake pedal is depressed and released. If not then replace the combination valve. Hope thius will help you.
