Can panic button stop car from starting?

If you set your panic button off it will use juice from your battery to sound the horn and lights if you don't realize it is going off over a period of time it will drain your battery causing the car not to start

Truck will not start, seems completely dead electronically. There is a red dot on in the upper right quadrant of the dash board.

battery read 12.6v? if not its dead or discharged.
jump start it. or charge it.
if the battery reads correct.
check fusess.
if the dash check engine lamp is not glowing key on,that
is a sure sign the ECU/PCM has no 12v power, at all.
if the head lights are dead, always fix that first.
as head lights are HOT 24/7, all the time.
and prove , total loss of power.

No dash lights or head lights

Depending on the make model and year, the red dot could be your alarm telling you it is working.
Someone will need to check the fuses and relays to find out what is hot and what is not.
The horn and the lights should be on different circuits.
