it has to do with your air ride suspension best bet is take it to the dealer there is probably a problem with a level sensor. hope this helps you

leaking suspension air bags is the most common cause, but the system can be tested for trouble codes, I suggest u do so, only the dealer can do this, but guessing about what the problem is can get very expensive very fast.

SOURCE: service engine light staying on
Hello tdamm...No...the service engine soon (SES) light on your yukon is not telling you to change the oil.
This is a warning light that is illuminated when there is a problem affecting the Emission system and the engines computer management (ECM) has detected it from a fault. It could be something as simple as a loose or defective gas cap. If the SES light is blinking, it's more serious....
The yukon needs to be connected to diagnostic equipment (scanner) for fault diagnosis.
You can go to autozone they will hook up an OBD II scanner to your vehicle and explain the codes to you.
Good luck...i hope this helps and will fixya up.

you have to fix the problem with ur brakes- first check the wiring ,connectors and connection clips to the abs sensors and modulator if looks ok than have truck scanned some auto stores such as auto zone / advanced auto do it for free the code will give u a start point towards fixing ur problem--visual inspection of brakes doesnt always show problem

carry a battery booster pack. they are like 50 bucks. Any eletrical modification you do to your vehicle and its not done by a gmc dealer, your eletrical (and possibly other) parts of your warranty will be voided. If you keep the booster pack charged, all you have to do is hook it to the terminals and your going again. You can also buy a bigger battery. Im sure they battery is already a monster, buy shop around and see if you can get a bigger (amps) one that fits your truck
