Question about 2005 Toyota Corolla
Well if you are not having a problem with the vehicle starting don't worry about it. Maybe the prior owner had a problem with the anti-theft system and disabled it though not completly

I also saw the same thing in my car. The manual says that some Corrolas either have a full alarm, (Like if someone or something hits your car, then alarm goes off on it's own.) or one that your have to set off yourself, (Like if you see someone close to your ride, then you can set off the little red PANIC button on the back. Unless you don't have a Keyless Entry Button.) But it's no big deal...unless you hate things that blink. The best thing to do, is to just read your manual and learn everything you can about your ride...good luck!
