Your climate control shut off valve may not be stopping the hot water to shut at the heater core take 2 people one in the car and one under the hood follow your heater hoses at fire wall you will see the shut off valve person in the car will lower the air temp in the car that valve will move to stop hot water to enter your car good luck CJ

Is there anyway to bypass th ac commpressor in a 96 eclipse

Many owners have found "a/c delete pulleys" for their car. Just a free-wheeling pulley that fits where the compressor was mounted. Check to see if someone made one that fits your car.

Is it possible to by pass a AC commpressor on a 1996 vw jetta using a shorter belt ? Or just going to the parts store and asking for a belt with no ac ?

Yes you can bypass the ac compressor with a shorter belt, however it may take a few tries to get the right length belt. Even if they have a belt for a non ac Jetta, the belt sometimes isn't the right length.

What would cause AC clutch to not engage when ac is turned on 1999 Siverado Z71,It blows air but its hot air even when on max AC someone said that the clutch on commpressor wasnt engaging do you have to...

This could be a few things.
1- Check fuses for A/C
2- Check to make sure the unit has freon
You have a switch on the accumulator that is called a low pressure shut off switch. It prevents the compressor from running when the freon is low. I would suggest if it is not a blown fuse, have a certified A/C repair garage take a look at this.

Hi: Check and Make sure that the Fuse or Relay Swicth is Good if They Are Then Go to Plan (B) Find you a Partner to turn On and OFF A/C while you look to See if your Air Compressor Clutch is Engaging and Turning your Commpressor .You'll hear Click if its Engaging ,And If it working right you'll See that ALL The Pulleys are Moving/Rotating. If the Commpressor Clutch is Turning your Commpressor. If Clutch is not Engaging the Commpressor Go and Get a New Clutch and Install it.
