You can place it anyway you can get the center bolts to fit. If it can only be installed one way it will only fit one way with all the bolts.

What would cause my heat fuses to blow in my 1995 Dodge ram truck

You will need a short circuit finder tool and they are cheap. Then go to youtube and watch a video on finding a short circuit on autos.
There are too many possible issues to say what is the culprit. A second way to find what circuit is involved is to put inline fuses in every branching of that circuit.
A new sterio or amp install can also be responsible if such modifications were done recently.

How to remove the 5 speed transmission in a 1989 dodge ram 50 to replace the clutch

I can tell you its not easy. I replaced my flywheel. Best way to do it is buy the manual. And make sure you hae a transmission jack. I tried it with a floor jack. But can tell ya though ya got to drop the starter. Top bolt is hard to get to. Gotta disconnect the driveshaft. unbolt it from the motor. But it is recommended to drain the tranny fluid first though

Remove bolt on crank ram 1500 360 engine 1995

The bolt holding the pully on the crankshaft is normal thread, so you turn it CCW to remove.
But you will need someone to lock the crankshaft from turning, by putting a bar into the flywheel teeth. If there is no opening, you can make one by taking out the starter.

I have removed the pressure plate and clutch disc. how do i remove the flex plate to get to the flex plate bolts. 2007 dodge ram 3500 6 speed manual transmission

theres an access cover under the turbo on the front of the bellhousing (2 10mm bolts) that you have to remove to access the bolts that hold the flywheel to the flexplate. kinda like removing the bolts to a torque converter. flywheel is real hevy though, watch your fingers

1995 Dodge Ram 1500 starter

You said it's a new start that was tested thoroughly, but just wanted to point out that if the drive mechanism is damaged or hung up, the motor may spin but not crank the engine. The drive gear should move out when the starter starts to spin, if it's locked up or turns freely either way, the drive is bad and needs to be replaced.

The other possibility is that the flywheel has some broken or damaged teeth that are preventing the starter from engaging. It may sound far fetched but there are really only a couple of reasons why the flywheel wouldn't be spinning, as a starter has a LOT of torque and shouldn't have any problem at all moving the flywheel.
