Question about 1999 Kia Sephia
Check your timing belt put no 1 cylnder at top dead center timing mark at 0 remove your distrebuter cap and see if the rotor is pointing at number 1 spark plug
if not replace that belt (replacement is at 60k I believe) sounds like the fix good luck CJ ps no. one on compression stroke
