Question about 1996 Dodge Caravan
These particular engines don't use a MAF. They use a MAP sensor which is located upper engine area, mounted on front of engine above valve cover. Let me know if you need any help diagnosing this vehicle.

It should be in the intake hose between the air filter and plenum

SOURCE: mass air flow sensor replacement
Removing air box and tube leading to air flow sensor. Should just be a few screw like clamps. Make sure to hook wires back up exactly as removed. very easy replacement
