There should be no fill hole for a manual trans if you are speaking of the slave cylinder for the clutch its on the fire wall near the brake master cylinder.in fact it looks like a minature master cylinder.

While driving 91 olds cutlass supreme engine revs high but speed does not match, transmission fluid levels are normal

It's possible that the transmission modulator hose came off the valve or has a hole in it. Check the pass side of the trans for a hose hanging or other problems. If not there, check where it hooks to a vacuum source at the engine.

It's a 14-year old car, if adding fluid doesn't help, you need to take it to a transmission shop.

I cnt find or get to the back spark plugs of my 1988 olds cutlass supreme 2.8L v-6 front wheel drive where are they and how can i get to them to replace them

On those engines in order to get to the rear plugs (firewall side), you have to remove a bolt from each of the 2 upper motor mounts (they're called dog bones) at the front of the engine and at the same time you take a pry bar and rock the engine forward and put a block of wood between the engine and the firewall. Some dog bones have an extra hole in them so you can slide a bolt in them to hold the engine forward. It sounds like alot of hassle but it isn't that bad. Good luck!
