If you mean the "fuel" return line, you would have to drop the gas tank. If you are replacing it because of a leak, you can piece in a piece of metal line with compression fittings or replace the bad part with rubber hose and clamps

I was driving my 2004 chevrolet cavalier it stop run and i can not trun it back on check gas line and no gas is coming up thou fuel line what can be wrong?

It sounds like you have a bad fuel pump, a bad fuse to the fuel system, or the cut-off switch was tripped to the fuel pump. Check you owner's manual to check the cut-off switch reset. If this doesn't fix the problem and you have replaced the fuse to the fuel system then you will most likely have to replace the fuel pump. Start with the easiest solution first before replacing the fuel pump.

I have a 2000 cavalier that is leaking power steering fluid. I believe its the clamp on the return line. Do i need to replace the whole line or can I just reclamp it?

Return is an easy line to replace. If it's old and shabby change it. If it seems to be in reasonably good shape, cut about 1/2" off the leaking end and re-clamp it. (providing you have enough slack)

Okay so i need to change my transmission. i have the new one and i need to know what is the easiest way to take the old one out? Its a 2000 chevy cavalier Z24 2.4L twin cam

In my opinion this is a job for a well equipped work shop with experienced mechanics. Safe jacking and vehicle support are issues not easily dealt with in a residentual environment, without considering the amount of cleaning, quantity of oil, flushing for pipes and cooler etc. Unless it's a manual, but the issues of safety and cleaning still remain.

2000 Chev Cavalier - slight leak in brake line connector directly under the drivers side door. Can this connector be replaced or do the lines have to be re-flared?

Normally this far back the line would have to be reflared to fix the leak. If you have a Firestone auto repair near you they check the brake system at no charge and you can see exactly what is wrong while it is on the lift.
