Question about 1998 Ford Econoline
The 95 amp is fine, the 130 is for cars equipped with lifts sirens multiple flashing lights, or just a lot of other accessories. If you have a basic van the 95 amp is what you need until you start using or needing power for other sources.

95 amps is ok, but if your want superior sounds for the truck 130 amps will do.
