Since i have been both diesel and regular mechanic i say you can do it, the basics are the same but the size of parts are different, yes you can do it, just follow the manual, and as i do double check everything, mark your bolts as most will not fit elsewhere, take your time and when you take something off remember how you took it off step by step, good luck to ya
