IM told from a reputable mechanic that the truck will not run without the rollover valve because it screws up the computer, and then the computer shuts down the truck to some barebones level. something about the vacuum not being at proper levels.

SOURCE: need the fuel tank drain valve location

There is no drain valve. You will have to sifin the fuel from the tank. Remove the filler hose from the tank and use a small hose to get through the check valve in the tank. Thanks and good luck with your repair.

SOURCE: the nipple on the heater core that connact the

Unfortunately the heater core must be replaced because the nipple is soldered to the heater core and access to the core for resoldering is not possible unless the heater core is remove and so if you go to that kind of trouble you should just replace the core with a new one rather than doing the repair and risking a future leak after reinstalling.

SOURCE: fuel tank vent valve?

If it`s the one on top of the tank then yes it can be replaced without replacing the whole tank.In order to remove it you have to push down and counter clockwise. If you can`t get one at the dealer then go to the salvage yard and take one off a tank there. If it comes off you could get s check engine light.Good luck.

I have a 2007 Saturn outlook. I need to know what hooks up to the nipple on the intake on the passenger side

nipples on intake manifolds are used for vacuum access ports so check for a vacuum hose broken off, missing vacuum gauge hose ,PCV valve hose ,anything that requires vacuum to operate-gear box operation.

Remove the firewall rubber grommet to the broken pipe in the firewall. Clean the remaining end of the broken pipe real good, apply a drop of oil on it, then push the heater hose back in and tighten the hose clamp back on. You will need a 12 point box end wrench and it will be slow due to limited access. It should work.
