Question about 1994 Toyota Celica
Both widows are powered by the same fuses, so if the left works, the fuses are good. most likely the motor is bad. look at the dome lamp real close (on) when you depress the button for the window, if it dims slightly, the motor may be bad/stuck. Slam the door a few times, and see if that jars it loose.
