Both widows are powered by the same fuses, so if the left works, the fuses are good. most likely the motor is bad. look at the dome lamp real close (on) when you depress the button for the window, if it dims slightly, the motor may be bad/stuck. Slam the door a few times, and see if that jars it loose.

2002 toyota celica passenger window won't work

I watched the dealership mess with same problem before reminding them of the window lock out on the dash. On my 00 celica its between steering wheel and door on lower part of dash. It had been activated and no one thought to check.

2001 Celica GT --passenger power window not working

It could be a fuse. The fuse box is located under the hood, and under your dash. OR it could be that the motor has gone out in that specific window and you will need to replace it. Hope this helps, James Booth

I have a 1994 toyota celica, passenger side electric window has stopped working, without a wiring diagram, cannot find where it is supplied from or if it is has a fuse or a relay, all fuses ican find seem good

before you start searching there. open up the door and test if the motor works by connecting it directly up to a 12v source

no point searching for bust wires or fuses when it could be the motor.

The fuse for the passenger electric window doesn't appear to be in the fuse box to left of steering wheel, where else might it be?

Right cover on passenger side is a fuse and relay block just in front of door in foot area. Single nylon nut removes cover.
