Ok when you have your trunk open along where the lights are you should see some plastic nuts. there is about 8 to 12 of them diff. cars take more and some take less. but when you take those off the back cover you will be able to lightly pull the carpet away from the back wall. that is where you will see the light sockets and take the bulbs out

Break lights and tail lights will not come on. Both sides. I replaced the bulb.

Brake light fuses should be in the "fuse box" under the hood.

How do I replace a brake light switch on my 2007 kia rondo?

It's located on the brake pedal. you'll need a 14mm wrench. There are 2 14mm nuts that sandwich the switch to the bracket. take the bottom nut off and the switch will come off. Install reverse of removal but you need to adjust the switch depth once its on the bracket. then snug the bottom nut and plug in the switch.

My reverse lights are out on my nissan sentra gxe 99 cannot figure how to get to or replace bulbs

Hi,
Just open the trunk lid and snap the plastic cover at the back of your tail light assembly and the bulb socket assembly will come off. Push and twist the bulb to be replace. Same reverse way when putting it back.
Hope that helps you out.

All fuses are good - brake lights, rear running lights work fine. but the reverse lights won't come on when put into reverse. Any idea what might be going on? As far as I know the bulbs are still good...

You will need to either replace or adjust your backup switch, it is located on the transmission next to the shifter. Hope this helps, thank you for using FixYa!

I have an 07 f550 long wb and im trying to figure out what color wire is the hot wire for the reverse lights, this is on a flatbed rollback truck,i need to splice in somewhere in the cab if possible

being a roll off the wiring can be different depending on what shop installed the bed, some shops replaced the reverse and tail lights from factory for clearance issues. others just removed them and used the lights on the headache rack. the stock ones are either pink or green on most models

The reverse lights and heater stay on after the car is off.

It isn't a fuse. A fuse will break the circuit if it is drawing too much power. What you have is circuits that are connected by the ignition switch, that should be disconnected when the key is off. This means that the ignition switch is not operating correctly, and either needs adjustment or replacement.
