You have a coolant leak at the intake manifold gasket,(lower) replace the gasket, and hope there isnt any engine damage.

2003 buick lesabre custom head gasket replaced, now it won't run correctly

The squeel is probably a belt slipping.. means you need to tighten the belt.. The poor running.. To replace head gaskets you must remove everything on the top of the engine. I would look at everything i disconnected and make sure it is properly connected and all hoses and wires are in the right place. check your spark plug wires to make sure they are connected to the correct plugs. Spark plug wires best possibilty. Look for Vacuum leaks another good possibilty. Something you did is causing this problem check everything two more times. Check for loose ground wires for the fuel injectors. A good suggestion is to take pictures of the engine and all connectors and hoses before you dissemble. Then you can check the pics for reassembley. I always take the pics on every job i do.

I have a 1998 Buick Lesabre that keeps losing antifreeze.

Buick 3.8's are notorious for intake manifold leaks. If you are sure you are not leaking externally (look under the alternator and on the top of the transmission), it could be an intake manifold leak. I've replaced mine...I didn't think it was too hard a job for an amateur.
It could also be a head gasket, but the intake leaks are much more common.

White smoke from buick tailpipes, wont start

I had the same problem with my '87 Buick LeSabre 2 years ago. But it didn't seem to fit right, the car was running fine up until it just didn't. I had 3 professional mechanics swear it was a blown head gasket. I researched thoroughly and found out this particular engine make has a DEFECTIVE upper intake manifold which can break down and cause coolant to leak into oil, simulating a blown head gasket. The NHTSA had issued a recal on SEVERAL GM cars with this engine, EXCEPT for the '97. I filed a complaint with the ODI and as of today it is now COVERED as a "Defect & Recall". NHTSA ID number 96V116000. This MAY be your problem if it is NOT the "usual" blown head gasket. Hope this helps.

Just put new spark plugs in 97 buick lasabre. Car now starts and runs, but is blowing out white smoke. Is this blown head gaskets? Does it have anything to do with the fuel pump put on 3 weeks ago?

these cars have issues with coolent getting into the intake... headgaskets are not one of the issues . check plugs for coolent. upper plastic intake has coolent flow in to chambers if u will, and over time they get micro cracks and brittle ...lower intake manifold gaskets are plastic also. ..cyl. heads are cast iron not alluminum . lower intake manifold is alluminum and upper intake is plastic .. on my lesabre a plastic 90 degree elbow connected to the lower intake manifold to the heater hose housing. the belt tensioner is connected to this housing im refering to. not saying for sure, but if it is this is usually why...

My 1995 Buick Lesabre is misfiring

If it only happens at a certain point in the throttle travel, it may be a bad TPS. You would need a computer to confirm loss of signal, but that is what it sounds like.

98 buick lesabre starting problems and coolant leak

that is a common problem with upper intake ..when starts going bad usually you will have excessive white smoke out exaust pipe or check oil on the dipstick for milky color oil . if it gos bad it will cause the motor to hydro lock. thats when antifreeze gos into the clyinder causing the motor to lock up.. and as cost most places charge $1100 to $1500 for that repair..most of the time you wont see a leak because it leaks inside the motor. hope this helps
