Timing belt at 100000km or 60000miles , Diff oil in a car about the same, in a 4WD , more often especially if using in water or very dusty conditions.
If uncertain, change them sooner, Belts and oil are much cheaper than bearings and rebuilt engines!
Hope this helps Marshall

When should a timing belt be change on a mazda cx

Contact your local Mazda dealer and ask them. Manufacturers all have different intervals for specific type of services and maintenance.

Some vehicles have a belt and others have a chain. In belts, most commonly are changed within 80,000 to 100,000 miles. With chains, as long as you maintain your oil changes up to date, no need to replace. But consider that hard driving affects the overall performance of this component.

Do i have to chenge oil filters every service after 2000 km for Mercedes e320

in most of the cars and that includes your car, oil should be changed every about 5000km, not 2000km, if you drive long distances with constant speed and do not stress engine much, this distance can be extended to 10000km. it is always better to change oil and oil filter at same time.

do not waste your money... 5000km...

How do I replace the waterpump 2000 chrysler concorde engine 2.7. Doe the timeing belt need to be readjusted?

The 2.7 L is a chain driven DOHC engine. No belt. Chain should last the life of the engine.
The 2.7 also has a "bad reputation" for going bad - but this is in almost all cases due to the oil change intervals. Change oil every 5,000 miles and sludge won't build up. Don't change the oil and about 15,000 to 25,000 miles later, <boom> bye bye engine.
Not sure where the water pump is. Never had to replace one yet.

I want to buy my neighbors 2009 camry with 16000 miles . But he told me he has never changed the oil because you don,t need to do that anymore , he says he just adds oil periodically when it is low . Does...

Absolutely not. Most modern cars have an extended oil change interval. Usually 7500 miles.. Some of them calculate the interval. Now.. If the price is right. I would't worry too much about this. but in the future change the oil according to the manual.

What mileage do you change the timing belt

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly
The recommended interval although not posted in the owners manual for the "original" belt is 60,000 miles. There are new replacement OEM / after-market timing belts that you can purchase that have a recommended replacement interval of 90,000 miles. If you are not the original owner and do not know the history of the past engine maintenance, I would at least inspect the installed belt for cracks, traces of oil, missing teeth, and tension. If any of the previouslymentioned problems are noted have the belt replaced. If there is oil on the belt make sure that both the cam and crank shaft seals are replaced when the timing belt is changed. Seals are cheap...!!!! Timing belt changes are expensive and an oil leak will substantially shorten the life of a timing belt.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
"Seasons Greetings"
Kelly

Does a 1991 toyota cressida have a timing belt or a timing chain? If it is a timing belt, how often does it need to be changed? If it is a timing chain does it need to be replaced at all?

On 1997 & prior models, the timing BELT interval for vehicles operated under conditions of excessive idling & or low speed driving for long distances, replace at 60,000 mile intervals.
