Question about Cars & Trucks
I have a 1999 Nissan Frontier 3.3L V6 I am getting two error codes on my Truck. 1401 (egr Temp Sensor) and 0325 (engine Knock Sensor) The Truck seems to be running fine cannot feel or hear any knocking. If I clear the code it will stay off for a while but come back on after driving for a while. Seems to only happen when the engine is warm. Any ideas? i recently had a new fuel pump and sending unit replaced and also new wires distributer and rotor(not sure if that could be related but thought I'd throw it in). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The knock sensor is a major pain in the a..s to change I would suggest taking it to a reputable shop for a second opinion to see if they realy performed the work. Also with OBD11 (2) diagnostics if you have multiple misfires its not the wires its something else, also if you got a code for a misfire it would be specific as to which cylinder is misfiring. My best guess would be to get your coil checked.

Testimonial: "Excellent "
SOURCE: two codes p0400 and p0325
could be leak around throttlebody gasket or lose hose or cracked. take carb cleaner and spray around the throttle body to intake manifold and see if the engine variates in idle. if so you have a leak.
