It is accesible though a plate under the back seat.. flip the seat over. remove the plactic tabs holding the carpet down, lift capret. the plate is held in place by 4 screws. once plate is removed, you will see the top of the sending unit. unplug wire connector, unclamp fuel line...remove fastening screws, remove sending unit.
