That is too many things to wrong at once. Have the battery tested for proper voltage. If the battery is good, you're looking at replacing the ECU. Chrysler has real problems with their electronics and is common for problems of this nature to occur. You can get these used, just make sure that all the numbers match. You can get these at most salvage yards for about $100.
