You may have a bad heater control valve that is not opening to let the hot water into the heater core. When the car is warmed up, I'd feel both the heater core hoses to see if the are both warm.

Heater in 1991 doesn't heat up only cold air comes out def or vents

If you had some heat before you changed the thermostat, you probably still have air trapped in your cooling system, specifically in the heater core. You state you have a 1991 vehicle, but no make or model. Google "bleeding cooling system 1991 (make) (model)" and you should get guidance on specifics for your vehicle.

Dan how do I bleed 2004 Kia coolant car temp is good but sometime at idle heater starts to blow cool hit throttle gets great heat

I agree with your logic. Attached vid addresses bleeding. Sounds like at low rpms, not enough flow to transfer the heat. So bubble or maybe a partially obstructed core. There are a couple of vids on clearing a core... GOod luck, let us know if you figure it out.

97 Kia SPORTAGE : No heat, blower works, AC works,

Did you bleed your system of air???....usually a bleed screw near the thermostat housing...get allllll the air out...simetimes the heater core is at the highest oart if the system..therefore if there is air in system..thats where the air settles and no coolant will flow through the heater cire!!

No Heat The AC Compressor is running

Could be a clogged heater core. Take off both hoses at heater core and flush out the core when done fillup core with fluid and put back on hoses and bleed air out of system.

Changed thermostat and upper hose. found pin hole in hose, but this should still not cause no interior heat should it?

I had a camaro do the same thing and it was the heater core plugged with brown gook! I took the hoses off the heater core on both ends and put the hose in one of them until water came through the heater core. It took a little time but in became unclogged in a few. Brown water for a bit. Then reconnect and see if you get warm air for your heater. Hope this works.

No heat new water pump new thrmostat new radaitor blend door fine

Don't think the cooling system has been properly bled. Any air in the system will collect in the highest point the heater core resulting in no heat. Raise the radiator filler neck higher than the heater core and run engine while filling with proper coolant. don't run to long with radiator open as coolant will expand and overflow.

My heater core went out so i replaced it but that didn't fix the heat. its blowing could air. last year it would be hot one minute and warm the next. and the guy that fixed the heater core said it looked...

if the engine is full of stop leak it would over heat not no heat. check the thermostat & make sure it's not stuck open with stop leak. then make sure you bleed all the air from the system.

Good luck.
