OVERHEATS AFTER DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MILES, USES ABOUT A GALLON A DAY OF COOLANT, CAN'T FIND LEAKS, WATER PUMP GOOD, NO WATER IN OIL........

Are cooling fans working? if so when they do work, the air coming through the radiator should be HOT, ROASTING AIR, if not the radiator isnt flowing coolant.how does it run after sitting all night at first start, does it run rough 5-10 seconds? if so, may have head gasket issues. BIG BUCKS........

Make sure you put in the correct temp thermostat. GM usually has 2. A low temp and a high temp. Most shops will give ya the high temp just because thats usually what the book calls for. you might want to try a low temp. Also, sometimes, when a car runs hot and everything has been repaired....well, almost everything......it might be the head gaskets. And those my friend are no easy task. But..somewhere to start. have your cooling system pressure tested. Only way to really know for sure. Oh..also make sure your fan is working!!!! You might have a faulty fan switch.

Water pump

Fill the radiator completely with coolant mixture. Let the engine warm up 10 to 15 mins. Is the upper radiator hose warm? If yes, then the water pump and thermostat are good. If all this works, then the leak is somewhere else. Hope this helps.

if you are sure all of the above is correctly installed then the only othet thing i can think of if it isnt loosing coolant is either the guage or the sender unit is faulty,
if its not loosing coolant and the radiator isnt filled with muck then it really cant be anything else.
one other thing might sound silly but check that the thermo fan if its got one is coming on or if there is a plastic bag or something blocking the radiator
