Check your plastic surge tank under the hood to make sure radiator is full. Also, your radiator fan is thermostatically controlled and is a weak point. Check to see if the fan is running when you are overheating. If not that is the problem.
Which fan is not working, A/C or Radiator? Check fuses, if good disconnect fan plug, direct wires from battery to fan to check fan, if fan does not work change. If fan works check water temp sensor for radiator. A/C fan only comes on when A/C is switch on. Like wise radiator fan only comes on when water reaches a certain temperature.
if ur car is auto transmission there is 2 hoses come from the tranny to this fittings to cool the trany oil . but if u dont have stick shift u dont have todo anything with this fittings
