Question about 2004 Chevrolet Silverado
I guess I would like to know why you decided to replace the F/L hub. Did you use a scan-tool to retrieve codes?
There a sensor on your steering column. This sensor detects the angle of your steering wheel. Tipically I have seen them on vehicles that have the stability control feature. It will cut power to the engine when the tires loose traction. See if you have it, your symptoms do seem to fit.
