Directly underneath the Center Brake light assembly , under the lip of the trunk deck. Access to the Lights for the center Brake light are also there. It's set in a housing unprotected, easy to spot.

Battery dead. how can I get trunk open.

You can't unless it has a key hole. If you put jump leads on the battery or connect a battery charger it will open straight away.

Where is fuel pump shut-off switch?

Good Evening, your inertia (shut off) switch is located in the trunk, the manuals say on the right hand side of the luggage compartment (trunk). There is typically an access hole about the side of a quarter, as long as it is a sedan if it is a wagon it's behind the quarter panel trim same general are with no access hole. I hope this helps, and if you have any more questions please feel free to ask.

I own a 1996 Ford Taurus. I was replacing the bulb at the drives side feet compartment and there was an arc. Now the windows won't work and all interior lights won't work. I have dashboard lights and trunk...

There is a body control module in the car,I am not sure on that model where, but it could be in a kick panel,or up under the dash on drivers side.

Luggage compartment lights

Should be in the trunk fuse box, more more likely its the harness that feeds the lights, when the trunk is open you need to check and make sure there is power to the lights.
