Question about 1991 Eagle Talon
I just did this and it was a pain in the a**. You must remove the timing belt and pulleys. If your not mechanically inclined I would have a professional do this job.

simple!!!!!! pull the old one out and install the new one reverse of the disasembly. if that is to hard take it to a mechanic. besides that the water pump is on the opposite side of the timeing belt. the timeing belt doesnt cover any of the bolts for the water pump.

jack up the car, and support it on jack-stands.
Get under the car, and use the 1/4 wrench/socket to remove the bolts. They usually are small. If you encounter any obstructions, you would have to find your way around them. But you don't need to remove the timing chain/water-pump.
