Question about 2001 GMC Sierra 2500HD
EGR VALVE ON TOP FRONT OF INTAKE MANIFOLD.ITS ROUND LOOKING HAS WIRES GOING TO IT AND IT HAS A SMALL FLEXIBLE METAL PIPE THAT CONNECTS TO IT AND THE THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD.

Jonah I thought you said the ERG was near my distributor in the answer I got. My distributor in the rear of engine compartment where I have to put in my oil sending gauge parts. I'm very confused now. I'm going out to disconnect the ground and can I get an answer with the cleaning of these valves.

on the left rear of the engine next to the last ignition coil, connect to a hose that goes up to the rear of throttle body/ upper intake
