Those Accords are notorious for bad window regulators. Have the regulators in the front doors checked out first, before trying to change anything else.

BEST IS TO CHANGE THE WHOLE MOTOR AND REGULATOR. YOU CAN GET 1 FROM YOUR LOCAL JUNK YARD. FIRST YOU ARE GOIN TO HAVE TO TAKE OFF THE DOOR PANEL, I THINK THERE IS 1 SCREW IN THE DOOR HANDLE, AND 1 IN THE LITTLE HANDLE YOU GRAB TO CLOSE THE DOOR. THE REST SHOULD BE LITTLE PLASTIC CLIPS TO RELEASE THE PANEL. (BE CAREFUL NOT TO BEND THE DOOR LATCH BARS THAY COME OFF WITH A SIMPLE CLIP). THERE WILL BE 4 10MM BOLTS FOR THE REGULATOR AND MOTOR ASSY. AND THERE WILL BE 2 10MM BOLTS ON THE GLASS ITSELF. THERE IS A LITTLE TRICK FOR THE ONES ON THE GLASS. IF YOU LOOK AT THE DOOR ITSELF WITH THE PANEL OFF THERE WILL BE 2 HOLES WITHOUT ANYTHING IN THEM. LOOK IN THE HOLES AND LOWER THE WINDOW TILL YOU SEE THE 2 BOLTS. IF THE WINDOW IS STUCK AND WILL NOT MOVE AT ALL. ONCE YOU UNBOLT THE ASSY YOU CAN MOVE EVERYTHING INSTEAD OF JUST THE WINDOW .

I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU AS MUCH AS POS IF NOT JUST REPOST YOUR ???
