Not a guarentee, but these fords have an emergency fuel shut off usually located in the trunk on the drivers side quarter panel. Sometimes just a bump will trigger them. Locate it and push the button in on the top. Worth a try

My car does not start. Had the battery and starter checked. Been told to check the fuse box but not sure where to find.

The fuse box under the hood near the left hood hinge and the one under the dash should be on the drivers side, it might be on the side of the dash near the top door hinge. If you have the owners manual it should show you in there. What do you mean when you say it won't start, the engine won't turn with the starter (crank)? Or does it crank over but won't fire (try to start or start)?

Changed motor now car will not start

the computers that tell the engine when to fire are sometimes different even with the same motors - replace the sensors from the old onto the new motor and i bet it will run -

also there are sensors other than just on the engine itself - also check all ground wires - and recheck all wires and make sure none are hanging without being connect - also check ur main fuse in the fuse box under the hood -

Spinning but no fire or fuel to crank

Ok,well need a little more info, but here it goes. Is there power to the pump with the key on for 5 sec. or so is all it will stay on unless cranking. Check the fuel pressure. If there's no power anywhere but the starter then it's a bad fusible link. There's basically a wire that acts like a fuse & they're bolted to the main post on the starter. There could be some in the fuse box under the hood also. If the fuse link is bad,you can either use an ohm meter of just wiggle them with the key on until something lights up, then be sure to use the proper fuse link wire not just any wire type works safely. Make sure it's roughly the same length when you splice it in,longer it is the more resistence it handles, fire hazard. The under the hood fuses are just plug in. Write back if you need more help.
