1997 plymounth grand voyager. My airbag light is on! Is there any recalls? Also my dash gages quit working.

Recalls only go back ten years. since you are having other dash problems, it probably time to replace the dash panel. They have computer chips in them that run most all the gauges and warning lights. I would get one from the salvage yard. they can tell you what years will work in the van

Looking for the reset on the control module in a 1998 Plymounth Voyager

If you've made the repair that caused the light to come on then you can ask someone with a scanner to reset it or try disconnecting the Negative Battery terminal for 1 min and then reconnect to rest the fault codes.

Won't start, fuel pump runs at key on, spark at coil wire into distributor is yellow, little or no spark at plug wire ends

Sounds like bad distributor cap or rotor. If ones bad, might as well change both. Take off the cap and if there is a black color on the ends of the prongs, or on the end of the rotor, time to replace. Is it getting fuel into motor?
