Sounds like the front rotors are warped, sometimes they can be machined as long as they are within the minium thickness. I hope this helps, good luck

Check wheel balance,
check steering linkages for loosness - such as tie rod ends, steering rack linkages etc,
check driveline for worn/loose joints and bearings.

Shaking in the front end


Have the brake discs checked, as they may need to be machined or replaced.Also have them check the idler arm and tie rod ends.

Front end problems


You seem to have more than one problem, first of all the balding tire you have a negative camber problem that can be adjusted by getting a wheel alignment done. The shaking problem while applying brake could mean that you have bad/warped front rotors. It can also mean bad Tie rods. Lastly it can mean that the front tires needs to be high speed balanced. Anti-lock brakes mean the car shakes when the brake is applied. Try pumping the brakes.
