Replacing parts just to replace them wont fix a bad wire or part. Better to use a voltmeter and ohn meter to check if your getting power to the wires. You may have a bad connection or bad switch on the column for the pumps. Without checking the circuits it will behard to tell what it is thats wrong. Find a wiring diagram and trace the wires and components.

How To Install Replace Windshield Washer Pump Many GM Vehicles ... can u tell Me were the Fuse located ...
A washer pump in a car's windshield wiping system moves washer fluid from a reservoir through hoses. The motorized pump pressurizes the fluid to allow it to be squirted from the hoses through nozzles onto the front and/or rear windshield of a car. The washer fluid helps windshield wipers get rid of rain, dirt, or other objects that can interfere with a driver's visibility. If your washer fluid is not being sent out when activated, the solution could simply be filling the washer system's reservoir with more fluid or cleaning the nozzles and hoses. In more severe cases, the washer pump may need to be replaced. Here are steps to troubleshoot a windshield-washer pump.
The hose could be clogged ! Do you know where you add the washer fluid ? Somewhere on the bottom of that plastic bottle is the washer pump .
Removal and Installation
> WARNING: Windshield washer solution contains methanol, which is poisonous. Observe all cautions and warnings indicated on label of washer solution container. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury.
> CAUTION: When replacing the windshield washer pump be careful not to damage the rubber grommet.
> CAUTION: Do not operate the windshield washer pump before filling the reservoir. Failure to do so could result in premature pump failure.
NOTE: When installing the reservoir, the filler neck must be lubricated using a water-based lubricant.
Remove the bolt and the windshield washer reservoir filler neck.
Remove the RH fender splash shield. For additional information, refer to Section 501-02 .
Remove the foam filler and remove the retainer.
Remove the 2 screws and the accessory drive splash shield.
To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
Remove the nut, 2 bolts and position the A/C accumulator aside.
To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
Unclip the A/C lines from the inner fender well.
Drill out the rivet and remove the bracket.
Remove the 2 bolts, slide the windshield washer reservoir assembly forward to release it, and position the washer reservoir aside.
Install the upper bolt followed by the lower bolt, and tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
Disconnect the windshield washer tube assembly from the pump and release the windshield washer tube assembly from the washer reservoir.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the windshield washer pump.
Release the wiring harness from the reservoir, and remove the washer reservoir.
Windshield washer pumps are attached to the windshield washer fluid container. Remove that container and look for the washer pump. That is the only item with two wires connected to it. First remove hose connected to the washer pump and turn the washer switch on. IF water flows from the washer, your water lines are clogged, if no water flows, your washer pump maybe dead or there is no power going to the washer pump.
Try testing IF current is passing/present at the two wires by connecting as continuity tester or simply a small lamp. Switch the washer on and see if the bulb gets lit, if it does, there is power and your problem is the washer pump itself. Replace the pump.
If you hear the pump running when you try to use the washer pull off the lines on the pump and make sure they're clear. If the lines are clear you need to replace the nozzles. If you don't hear the pump running at all, replace your windshield washer pump.
the pump motor likely is bad. get a used washer fluid reservoir at a pick n pull yourself or at car-part.com. page with * is lowest cost.

you can buy a in line pump most anywhere and it just goes in the washer fluid line and the wires from your old pump will need the ends changed to make it work.they come with good instruction.
The windshield washer pump is part of the windshield wash reservior.
There is an electrical connector located on the bottom of the reservior.
That is the pump .
If the pump is not in the reservior. I would just trace the washer fluid lines from the sprayer on the vehicle back to the pump. The lines just might lead back to the reservior for the windshield wash solution. Then you will have confirmed the pump is in the reservior.
You may have to get a new reservior. The pump might not be seperate item, I am not 100% sure on that.
I also would double check the fuses and any relays related to the washer pump.
Finally, I would check the washer switch if you replace the pump and still is not working .
