It is best that you make a scanner to see if it gives you some code and do not keep changing parts for pleasure I recommend that if you measure the pressure of the gas pump when you feel the decision would be good for my doubts. Thanks

Any check engine light? did you run scanner on it? were there any codes? there have been issues with computers on chrysler cars for this year. you should question a dealer near you as some warranty periods have been extended due to this. the problem could come from bad grounds somewhere due to corrosion. these are hard to find. good luck please reply if any more info

sounds like engine need some cuddle :) I mean, first thing to do is to check engine compression ratio. If that is ok, then make sure carb adjustments are correct and all fuel lines ar clean. Good luck!

Gas pedal wont go down once in gear

I would check a few things. first the engine mounts. make sure the engine isn't rocking over. second cruise control ? if it has cruise control I would unhook the cable to the throttle from the cruise control and see if that was the issue. some times the control box will pull in deceleration mode and stick there. also the decelerator valve on the throttle body may be defective.

When bleeding brakes have good pedal with engine off. with engine running pedal goes almost to the floor what is wrong

can you here a hissing sound when you push the brake while its running? if so then you have a bad brake booster, need to replace it, the hissing is actually the vacuum that builds within the booster escaping thru the seal in the booster

Interminently Losing Power 97 Saturn SC2

Hmmm, as to on-again, off-again engine power, it may be the electrical connector that runs from the electronic control unit. Read this diagnostic article, as it seems similar to your situation:

You might also want to read up on engine overheating since you say you seem to have that:

Hope this helps!
