Have you checked absolutely all the bulbs? Does the bulb failure light come on when you apply the brakes, when you use the turn signal or headlights?

The bulbs are mismatched. all the center bulbs have to be the same brand and type. the front and rear tail/turn bulbs have to match as well. you might be able to get away with checking the bulb bases. if one of them is silver and all the others are brass then get another brass one and try it. same goes if all are silver and one brass. the 3 center brake light bulbs dont have bases so there is no way to tell. just replace them with what is called for from the jeep dealer. parts houses are just gonna match up what you have already so you will have the same problem

Right rear blinker not working, no windows, and key wont go to off position

On the windows you just may have a blown fuse to then. And as far as the key not going to the off position you may have to shake the wheel side to side to get the key to move to the off position. Now on the blinler and tail light. Take the scoket out and remove the balb. There is probley going to be some corrotion in it. Use some Coke a Cola and with the light off pour some in it and then dry it out. You will see 4 contacts in there make sure they are shiny and then look at the balb to see if you may have a blown bulb. Replace and reinstall.

Tail light change

Open the rear window next to the taillight. Use a phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws and then flip open the clips. Remove the housing and replace the bad bulb. Do everything in reverse and you are done.
