Many tune up questions come to mind. Spark plugs, Cap, rotor, wires, coil/coils, fuel filter, air filter, oil change, transmission fluid and filter, and O2 sensor may all need replaced on a 17 year old car. After a real tune up if the problem still exists then the big ticket items come to play such as throttle body/carburator, catalytic converter, fuel pump and alternator. Lots of ifs of what it could be but the best thing to do is pull out a maintenance book for any vehicle and if there is maintenance that hasnt been done to that car since you've had it do it and get it caught up before it stops running all together.

check the plugs again and see if they are oily again, if they are NOT oily check the ignition coil if it is giving current to all four plugs, if not ,change it.it might be shorting out when it is hot.........If the plugs are oily again, and assuming the valve cover has been changed, sorry to say you have an internal eng.piston ring problem. more tests must be done to pin point the problem.

Ac blows warm under acceleration

That is normal to and extent, the compressor will kick off during acceleration to allow the power needed, does it return to cooling after letting up on the gas peddle ? if so this is normal. air coming out the inside vents should read (temp gauge) below 60 degrees at idle, when the car is driving it should drop temp.

Automatic 330i 2001, if i start accelarating at 3rd gear the RPM keep increaing and if i release the gas the car should change to next gear but i does not...at low RPMs it is working fine

the gearbox is a "fuzzy logic"system.gearchange depends on accelerator pedal position/revs/load.if you drive without depressing the gas peddle more than a third down you should find all gearchanges much smoother.(if you drive with gas peddle almost hard down all the time yhe car will hold gears longer...poss 4500 revs or more......

I have a 99 Alero and it is missing out bad. It sputters when you drive and it dies when you accelerate. The car has a bad smell also. The gas peddle goes to the floor but the car don't go. Any ideas??

bad smell kind of like rotten eggs? if yes, your catalytic converter is bad, it plugged up and is now restricting exhaust flow causing power loss.
