please look under the hood for black box labeled fuses and relays, under the cover of box, you will find the fuse and location of fuse or relay you're looking for. than you for choosing fixya.com!!
i would start by having engine idle in park and pop open the fuse box and move the relays to see if it stalls, many mechanics use a test light to find electrical issues and probe to hard therefore opening the electrical contacts thus causing intermittent point of contacts on relays fuses etc. hope this helps you .if not call me again with further info.
fan relay is under the frame on the left by the fans. but most likely the fans themselves have gone bad check the fuse panel on top of the battery see if it is burned or blown fuse this is caused by the fans going from stop to high speed to many times. you will flat 40 or 50 amp flat blade fuse and both fans sorry for bad news
You may have a relay in the wiring that you can trace to find and then test with multi-tester or ohmmeter. If you do not have a relay for the cluster, then you may have loose connection or solder joints or may need new panel
