Question about 2001 Toyota RAV4
Hi,, ok firstly the daytime lights are controlled by a photo cell,, this cell is bad and needs to be replaced.. simply unjack it and replace it with a new one..
In the mean time.. Under the hood in the fuse panel ,, look at the diagram for the fuse box,, its located under the cover of the fuse panel.. remove the fuse for the day lights... This will shut the lights off until u have the photocell replaced...
If its your HEAD LIGHTS your speaking off,, then 1.) when you shut the car off remove the fuse for the head lamps ,, located in the fusebox under the hood. 2.) replace the light switch..
