Tho coolant has to be dripping from somewhere, use a pressure tester, you should at least see where on the engine its leaking

Not holding antifreeze, found puddle of oil and antifreeze under the car. reservoir was empty, added antifreeze to reservoir ....still leaks

You likely will not like my answer but what you need to do is get underneath and actually look very carefully for the source of the leak. There is no place where both coolant and oil can leak at the same time. If you find oil in the radiator or coolant in the engine oil, then you have a bad head gasket. Usually though you would have an overheating problem or steam from the tailpipe and the engine would run poorly if that was the case.
There are numerous points where coolant or oil can leak. The list is too long to write. I'd definitely look at the hoses, radiator and water pump first though as they are the most common places coolant leaks develop. As for the oil leak, check the filter, valve cover and drain plug first, otherwise any place two engine parts are bolted together it's possible to have seepage from a gasket.
If you cannot find the source, any good shop can do a pressure test or dye test to find it for you.

1999 chev malibu leaks water from under exhaust manifold but not from block.

it may be a bad head gasket if it is leaking coolant. check to find the source of the leak. or if its leaking coolant from intake manifold gasket. also check water pump and all hoses.

Power Steering and Heater wont turn on only blows cold air.

check the coolant level in the radiator first. check before you start the car. if you have to add coolant, you will then need to locate the source of a leak

We have a 2000 deville that started leaking coolant. we replaced the thermastat and it continues to leak coolant. it wont overheat as long as we keep the coolant in it. it leaks alot more when the car is...

check condition of radiator, radiator & heater hoses, look for spots wet w/ coolant.look more or less straight up above where coolant puddles on ground.engine block is equipped w/'freeze plugs' that sometimes corrode & leak.washing suspected area of leak with an engine degreaser product may aid in locating source of leak.

Little plume of white smoke coming from engine when idling only. Runs great and not overheating. Really bad smell coming through vents with AC on

A little white smoke is OK from 0-15 minutes of start up.

After warm up the condensation inside the exhaust pipe AND under the hood should be purged.

How many mile is on the engine?

A well care for engine should not have to worry about leaky (pin hole leak) head gasket until 120,000 miles.

The other sources of coolant leak is the freeze plugs.

DO NOT WAIT! Take 15-20 minutes out of your schedule and see where is it leaking on the idle.

it can be at

heater hoses
water pump
freeze plugs
and head gasket

I would start monitoring the coolant consumption by making the coolant reservoir tank.

Keep tab on oil level.

====

The common A/C air vent odor are

coolant leak (even pin hole leak) on the heater core.

KEEP CHECKING the center to passenger floor carpet for wetness and smell of coolant.

and/or

mold in side the air tube vent.
there is cleaner spray you can buy to keep the mold.

Air leak in cab

Air leaks are usually difficult to find by yourself... Have someone drive along with you and feel the incoming air, back to it's source. Depending on what & where the leak is, generally it can be fixed with either duct tape or "dum-dum" (a kind of non-hardening compound that can be obtained at any body shop which is also used on water leaks and body noises.)
Good luck

Honda civic 2000 lxi radiator leaking

well if the hose you saying is leaking is the draft hose (the one that comes from plastic tank to the radiator) then you need to replace the radiator with a new one I have never found an sealing compund that will hold for more than a few miles the coolant is just to hot and the pressure to strong.

As far as you spring question there is no standard life expectancy, pretty much if the car drops heavy on that corner you should have it looked at.
Hope this helps
