Question about 2002 Ford SVT Focus
The most likely cause is a bad blower resistor. The resistor is behind the glove box. Open the glove box and remove it's contents. Gently squeeze the sides of the glove box and pull it down. The resistor is blue i believe. Disconnect it and remove the screw securing it. Installation is the opposite of removal. You can get the resistor pack from the dealer for about $20.
