Question about 2001 Honda Accord
That's doesn't suprise me. I assume, you had the work done in a repair shop. Take it back
Hopefully it is just a solenoid or easy to diagnose trans issue.
The engine may have issues, related to sensors, that determine shift stratagy.
Also, there is no such thing, as a new transmission. You only get new, off the assembly line, one time, then their rebuilt or remanufactured, one in the same.
You have to use the correct fluid in a Honda or you will have problems
If your fluid was changed every couple of years, since the vehicle was new,you most likely, would never be going through this.
I used to own a trans repair shop
