Intervals between timing belt changes Honda Civic 1.4s 2008 thanks

The info I have seen is about 150,000 mi.
But it is really dependent on the wear on the belts is in certain different climates.
The belts can break at any time. 150,000 is just a rough estimate.

Some engines will be damaged if the belt is broken, like Hondas, others will not, like my old Pinto.
So it's a gamble, we all have to guess and hope it's accurate.

So I would say "ask your Honda dealer."

Hope this helps.

Honda civic 2008 temperature bar rising when car is in motion and air-cordition is on

Hi Gabriel
This could be as simple as coolant level in the radiator down a bit or (more likely) your thermostat is sticking. I've included a link that pretty much covers the reasons that engines have an overheating issue.

Hope this helps you out.

I have a 2008 Honda Civic and the Heated Seats and the Rear Accessory Socket are not working. The fuses are fine. Could it be disconnected somewhere?

Yes, if the back seat has been pulled out for some reason, it sounds like the multi-pin connector (like a Molex connector) was not re-attached. You'll probably find it under the seat if you pull it out....

I have a Honda Civic 83 and did not pass the smog check. Should I repair it? I was told it might need to rebuild the engine. It is in good condition and runs nicely, but it is smoking. It has 44,000 miles...

hi with 44000 on clock i doubt it needs a re build drain and flush the oil and then change the oil filter this should make an improvment it sounds as if your system needs a good clean up

If would you would need factory scan tool. Systems run on CAN (controlled area network) and this may not be an option.
